Wuxi Xinfangyuan Mould Co. Ltd., (formerly named Wuxi Shenda Co., Ltd.) is one of the earliest mould manufacturers in Eastern China. We have been specialized in producing EPS moulds for lost-foam casting and investment die-casting, normal EPS moulds for packaging and components for the last twenty years. These many years of experience has enriched our developmental and manufacturing skills, which are now at your disposal. Our company has developed into a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise in the field of aluminum moulds. We focus on the entire processes of designing and manufacturing all relevant accessories. Our company boasts a complete experienced team for EPS mould manufacture. The members of our team are specialized in mould designing (Auto CAD, 3D, Pro-3, etc.) with wooden patterns, aluminum casting, machining and assembly. All the processes are made in house. We can also manufacture various moulds for automatic machines with retractable cores for dual-density molding. The mould surface is sprayed with protective Teflon coating with features of excellent lubrication, no sticking to the product on the mould, convenient de-moulding, good anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance of above 350 degree, long service life, etc. In addition, we produce automatic filling guns, stainless steel ejectors and other fitments.
